Greek Style Shrimp with Feta Chese

What can I add about this recipe
except this dish is full of flavor,
the ingredients speak for themselves.

2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 Tbsp fresh garlic, minced
1 cup fresh tomatoes, diced
1 Tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
2 bay leaves
6oz feta cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a large,
heavy pan until oil just begins to smoke.
Add onions stirring until soft but not browned.
Add garlic, sauté 1 minute and add tomatoes,
oregano and bay leaves, lower heat to medium low.
Simmer 10-20 minutes add shrimp,
cook until heated through.
Turn heat off,remove bay leaves,
sprinkle with feta
and serve over rice or pasta.
