Lobster Tails with Citrus Butter

I love lobster cooked this way
as a matter of a fact I just took
two frozen tails out of the freezer
to thaw so I can make this tonight.

Ingredients:
4 8-10 ounce lobster tails
1/2 cup melted butter
1 TBSP lemon juice
1 tsp grated orange zest
salt and pepper
fresh lemons
smoked sweet paprika

Directions:
Thaw tails in microwave
or in refrigerator overnight.
Cut the hard shell of the lobster tail
down the center of the back
with a knife or kitchen scissors.
Lift the tail meat so it rests
on top of the shell.
Meanwhile combine melted butter,
juice, zest and salt and pepper.
Spoon butter mixture over tails
sprinkle with sweet smoked paprika,
and bake 8-10 minutes in a 400 degree oven.
Serve with melted butter and lemons juice.
