Sesame Shrimp

Why go to a Chinese take out restaurant
when you can easily make this at home.

Ingredients:
2 pounds shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 Tbsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp ginger, minced
2 Tbsp garlic, minced
1 Tbsp sesame seeds
Juice of 2 limes

Directions:
Heat a large heavy skillet over medium high.
Add sesame oil, then shrimp
and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add ginger, garlic and sesame seeds
and stir fry one more minute.
Add soy sauce and lime juice
and braise for an additional 1-2 minutes.
