Avocado Stuffed Turkey Grinder

With bacon and my favorite fresh vegetables.
Using fresh ingredients is the key to making
the freshest tasting lunch sandwich there is.
Prep the vegetables first and this is a snap.

Ingredients:
1 tomato, sliced
1 red onion, peeled and sliced
1 avocado, pitted and pureed
some iceburg lettuce, chopped
some real mayonnaise
some dirty mustard
sliced provelone cheese
cooked sliced bacon
deli sliced turkey
Salt and pepper to taste
fresh grinder rolls

Directions:
Heat up a saute pan and cut
the grinder rolls in half.
Spread some mayonnaise on the
cut side of the grinder rolls.
Place rolls flat side down in pan
and cook just until browned.
Remove rolls and let cool then spread
with some more mayonnaise and the mustard.
Assemble sandwich using the fresh
vegetables, the bacon, turkey, cheese
avocado puree and seasonings, enjoy!
