Canned Tuna Loaf

I wanted to make a good tasting tuna meatloaf.
couldn't decide on the correct seasonings for it.
This is what I ended up with and it tasts great.

Ingredients:
12 ounces white chunk tuna,drained
1 large egg,
3/4 can evaporated milk
1 dash of salt
1 dash of pepper
1 cup Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and shape into a loaf.
Bake at 350 degrees F. for about 30 minutes.
