Jimmy Dean Sausage Gravy

OMG! This sausage gravy is amazing tasting.
You could serve this sausage gravy on just
about anything and it would turn it into yummy!
Served over crispy golden fried french fries.
I think I just drooled on my keyboard...

Ingredients:
1-pound Jimmy Dean hot sausage
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
ground black pepper to taste
4 cups milk

Directions:
Brown Jimmy Dean hot and spicy sausage
meat in a hot skillet; drain and set aside.
In another saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
After completely melted, add flour and stirring
to mix in with spoon until no lumps show.
Season to taste with grouynd black pepper.
Add milk and turn heat to high,
stirring constantly until it boils.
Turn heat back down to medium or medium-high,
add sausage, stirring constantly,
until desired thickness is achieved.
Serve over buttermilk biscuits if desired.
