Shrimp Scampi to Die for

This is without a doubt the best tasting
shrimp scampi recipe on the internet.
Amazing tasting and not that difficult.
Serve this stuff with freshly baked bread,
or over a nice cooked pasta with red sauce.

Ingredients:
24 large shrimp, 20/pound
8 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 tablespoons olive oil
4 tablespoons minced garlic
2 tablesponns Old Bay Seasoning
6 green onions, thinly sliced
1/4 cup dry white wine
1/4 cup seasoned dried breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
salt and pepper, of course to taste
lemon slices for garnish
fresh parsley for garnish

Directions:
Heat butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Add in garlic and sautee 2 minutes. Add shrimp,
green onions, wine and lemon juice and
saute until shrimp are pink and firm,
about 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
Add chopped parsley, sugar and salt and pepper.
Stir in bread crumbs and garnish with lemon and parsley.
