Italian Peppers and Onions

Fried in olive oil or bacon fat,
Italian peppers and onions make
for a really good tasting sandwich.

Ingredients:
6 long green Italian peppers
1 large yellow onion
2 tablespoons olive oil
salt to taste

Directions:
Preheat skillet to medium heat.
Cut peppers 2" wide lengthwise,
peel and slice onions.
Place peppers and onions in skillet
along with olive oil and saute
until slightly browned, serve.
