Mushrooms with Bread Stuffing

I use my bread stuffing for shrimp
to fill a dozen cremini mushrooms
and make a great tasting appetizer.
The secret is in using real butter.

12 cremini mushrooms, cleaned
1 cup flavored dried bread crumbs
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon sugar
grated parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
In a food processor pulse together
the bread crumbs, butter and sugar.
Stuff the mushrooms with this mixture.
Sprinkle top of stuffed mushroom with cheese.
Place stuffed mushrooms on a foil line baking sheet.
Bake for about 20 minutes or until done.
