Processor Pie Crust Dough

This recipe makes one 9" pie crust.
Easy to make using a food processor.

In a food processor,
pulse for a few times 1 1/4 cups flour
with 1/2 teaspoon each salt and white sugar.
Add in one stick chilled unsalted butter, Pulse until mixture is just crumbly.
Add in up to 4 tablespoons ice water,
pulse in processor until dough forms.
Do not overmix.
Turn out onto a floured work surface
knead once or twice, until dough comes together.
Seal with plastic wrap and Chill dough for 30 minutes.
Roll out on a floured surface into a circle to make crust.
