Portabella Caps Hamburger Buns

With grilling season coming upon us
I thought it would be good to share
this recipe for using portabella caps
in place of bread hamburger buns.
You can use the outdoor grill or bake
them in the oven for a few minutes.

Ingredients:
Portabella mushroom caps
Olive or Canola oil
Salt and black pepper to taste

Directions:
Heat up a gas grill or oven.
Wipe the portabello mushroom caps
with paper towels and remove the
stems and gills for another recipe.
Rub the mushroom caps with oil
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Arrange the mushroom caps stem side up
on grill grate or baking sheet.
Grill them 2 or three minutes on each side
or bake them in the oven at 425 degrees F.
for 10 minutes until they're browned.
