Sliced kielbasa served in hot dog buns,
topped with cooked sauerkraut and mustard.
Don't get me wrong grilled hot dogs are good,
but after tasting one of these I think you'll
agree with me kielbasa tastes so much better.
Ingredients:
For each kielbasa dog:
Cooked smoked kielbasa, sliced
Cooked sauerkraut for topping
1 teaspoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon yellow mustard
1 hot dog bun
Directions:
Steam or grill bun if desired.
Place sliced kielbasa in bun and
top with sauerkraut and butter.
Slather with mustard of your choice.
